HR & ADMIN OFFICER
We are actively looking for an HR & Admin Officer for a company located in Dubai. He/She will be responsible for providing general HR & Administrative support.
Responsibilities
· Recruitment, Selection & Onboarding
· Employee Database Management & Documentation
· Attendance & Leave Management
· Payroll Administration
· Employee Relations & Negotiations
· Employee Engagement Programmes
· EOSB & Exit Formalities
· Visa processing, Renewals & Cancellations
· Insurance- Staff Medical, General & Motor
· Renewals-Trade License, Tenancy Contracts, AMC
Job Specifications
· PG in HRM
· Minimum 4 years experience in HR Role
· Proficient in HRMS, MS Office & Computer Applications
· Knowledge in UAE labor law & regulations
