We are seeking for a Customer Service Representative for Port Rashid Centre.
Position: Customer Happiness Specialist (CSR)
Job Vacancy: 4
Location – Dubai (Port Rashid Area – Port View)
Salary – AED 3,000 per month + Overtime
Languages Known: English and Urdu / English and Arabic
Provide excellent customer service and present full product knowledge to the potential clients.
Develop and maintain relationship with existing and potential customers via telephone calls, emails and customers visiting the centre.
Resolve any service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint.
Keep abreast of RTA rules & regulations and all EDC procedure to ensure smooth sales transactions and business sign up.
Driving Industry candidates would be preferred.
Must be currently in UAE.
