Location: Dubai

We are urgently looking for Accountant for our Company in Dubai.

Responsibilities
§ Review suppliers’ invoices for appropriate documentation and taking necessary approvals and process payment.
§ Charges expenses to accounts and cost centres by analyzing invoice/expense reports.
§ Monitor the recording and payment of recurring expenses like Etisalat, Dewa, Sewa and Gasoline etc.
§ Prioritize payment according to urgency and terms like Lease salary, Final Settlement, Sales Commission, Vehicle payment etc.
§ Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
§ Cheque preparation, printing and scanning.
§ Liaise with HO contact for any payments for approval
§ Recording of daily Petty cash (CPV) entries and process re-fill request.
§ Monthly payroll process and HR related payments.
§ Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements to ensure payments are up to date.
§ Liaise with internal and external Auditor relating to Accounts Payable query.
§ Provide supporting documentation for audits purposes and clarify audit queries.
§ Monthly expense provision details to GL team.
§ Filing all documents related to payments & others.
§ Comply with all the Company’s Policies, Manuals and Procedures.

Requirements
§ Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in an Accountant position in UAE.
§ Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
§ Familiarity with MS Excel (Intermediate level)
§ Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
§ Able to handle calls and queries.
§ Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Salary: AED 4,000 - 4,500
