Position: Operation Auditor
Work Location: Flexible
Job Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for formulating, publishing, revising, interpreting, and reviewing the operating procedures, monitoring the standard procedures for POD/POA analysis.
2.Perform an auditing procedure in line with trained POD/POA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
3.Give constructive feedback in both a clear, and consistent manner.
4.Highlight achievements as well as mistakes and set up methods of formative assessment to evaluate work.
5.Analyze performance trends; provide recommendations for future improvement.
6.Documenting defects and making improvements and sharing them with the concerned department
7.Preparing and presenting audit reports to the management.

Qualifications:
1.Productive experience in logistics industry knowledge of operational principles and policies
2.Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst
3.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4.Demonstrates critical thinking and problem-solving ability to drive process control improvements / effectiveness to our business processes that enhance performance - able to simplify information or situations to provide clarity and support a decision.
5.Good Microsoft office skills such as Microsoft excel and word criteria.
