We are urgently looking for HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Job Location - Sharjah, UAE.


The ideal candidate will be fully responsible of the end-to end recruitment processed from
sourcing, interviewing, hiring and on boarding process of employees in the group. Assist HR team on the day to day HR functions and complete the work assigned as per the given time.

Job Responsibilities and Duties: (not limited to):

. Conduct end-to-end recruitment and selection activities for assigned positions by providing effective services to hiring managers and candidates. Working with the hiring managers, qualify, interview and recruit talent for the Company to manage the complete recruitment cycle.
. Directs recruitment, sourcing of candidates and talent pools.
· Design and update employees job descriptions.
· Assist the management in preparing the organizational structure of the Company which includes roles / responsibilities of each positions to determine how information flows between levels within the Company.
· Develop effective induction programmes for new staff and monitor / review their performance.
· Understand the organizations long – term goals and objectives, identify and perform employees training & development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with Department Heads and Manager–HR & Admin.
· Identify key positions in the Group and develop a succession plan for current roles.
· Assist HR team completes all HR function duties such as payroll processing, leave management, payment voucher checking & employee engagement / request and other HR functions as and when required.
. Other projects and tasks as assigned from time to time.
· Comply with all the Company’s Policies, Manuals and Procedures.

Job Skills and Qualifications:

· Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or other relevant discipline.
· Minimum of 3 years’ experience on the same job roles.
· Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with colleagues, management and candidates.
· Strong organizational and planning skills.
· Strong knowledge of recruiting, interviewing and negotiation skills.
· Good Knowledge of relevant employment law of UAE.
· Ability to Multitask and Manage workload efficiently.
