We are currently looking to hire an exceptional Real Estate Leasing/Sales Consultant to join our Leasing department! This is a highly Interactive role which requires strong leadership skills, self-direction, and the ability to build an excellent network within the UAE’s big landlord community. Role requirements:
✔ Calling prospective Landlords
✔ Market appraisals at properties
✔ Taking photos and write listings for advertising on major property portals
✔ Qualifying and liasing with clients in order to accommodate their requirements
✔ Prepare market reports to provide upto date market updates
✔ Regular contact with clients providing/gaining feedback
✔ Prepare lease agreements and all necessary documents
✔ Negotiating and closing deals
✔ Follow up on all paperwork as necessary
✔ Maintian accurate records on properties, clients and landlords
✔ Consistently hit KPIs for calls, listings, viewings and deals
✔ Carry out any duties that may arise, or as directed, that is in support of haus & haus
✔ Working days Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm
The ideal candidate:
✔ Background of sales, persuasive communication, customer service, objection handling or similar
✔ Driving license
✔ Proficient in MS Office
✔ Excellent communication and presentation skills
✔ Strong work ethic
✔ Entrepreneurial mindset
✔ Confident in a commission only environment
