Immediate opening for a Receptionist cum Secretary:
Position Overview:
To manage our Reception and provide administrative and clerical support to Management
Responsibilities:
General receptionist duties including:
· Welcome clients and other visitors in person or on the telephone, in a welcoming, warm and professional manner
· Experience operating telephone switchboards
· Undertake other clerical and administrative duties as directed
Preferred Candidate:
· Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral
· Strong ability to organize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously
· Computer literate in MS Office applications
· Able to function in a fast paced environment
· Previous experience in the Construction Industry
· Already in the UAE
· At least 3 Years experience
