1. IT Admin (Fe male)
*Should have experience working in IT Company.
*Minimum 3 years of experience in UAE
*Nationality – Filipino
*Will work closely with the Group Head of IT Projects
*Location: Abu Dhabi

2. Legal Support Executive (Fe male)
*Hold a diploma certificate or bachelor’s degree in related field.
*Must have 2-4 years’ experience within a law firm or company as a legal secretary / assistant.
*Must speak/write both English and Arabic fluently.
*Nationality – Arabic
*Familiarity with legal terminology and documentation.
* Proficiency in word processing software including MS Office.
*Excellent oral and written communication skills.
*Self-starter with ability to use own initiative.
*Will work closely with the Group Legal Manager
*Location: Abu Dhabi

3. Marketing Executive (Female)
*Should have experience working in the Marketing Industry
*Minimum 3 years of experience in UAE
*Nationality – Filipino/Arabic
*A proven track record of implementing successful marketing strategies
*In-depth knowledge of market research data, data analysis and statistics
*Hands on experience with marketing software and tools
*Analytical data driven problem solver
*Will work closely with the Group Head of Marketing
*Location: Abu Dhabi

4. Senior Marketing Executive (Fe male)
*Marketing / business studies degree
*Minimum 5 years of experience in UAE
*Nationality – Arabic
*Manage communication budget (across media) Media buying agencies
*Evaluate and communicate competitor presence & activities on offline & online medium on quarterly basis
*Manage ongoing paid media programs to meet targets of traffic, conversion rate, and sales goals across email, SEM, SEO and Retargeting, collaboration with the Marketing team
*Timely report performance against KPIs and action plans to the management
*Define, support and coordinate the retention strategy
*Manage all direct mail activity
*Work closely with the Senior Retention Manager on developing initiatives to retain and increase the value of our Top clients
*Will work closely with the Group Head of Marketing
*Location: Abu Dhabi

5. Cost Controller – (Male or Female)
• Evaluating project and conducting project cost/ benefit analysis.
• Conducting feasibility studies (technical and commercial aspects), assessing capital cost involved and evaluating the viability of new project evaluation techniques.
• Effectively lead and develop the Estimating team to achieve Company and individual objectives.
*Location: Abu Dhabi

6. Sales Administrator (Fe Male)

*Receiving and processing purchase orders.
*Issuing sales transaction invoices.
*Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
*Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
*Compiling monthly sales reports.
*Expediting orders through internal liaison.
*Location: Abu Dhabi
