Their client is seeking an experienced Payables Accountant looking to join a prestigious international law firm in the UAE. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a top-tier law firm known for its global presence and commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
➡ Manage the full-cycle accounts payable process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments.
➡ Review and verify invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports for accuracy and adherence to company policies.
➡ Prepare and process payments to vendors and suppliers in accordance with established procedures.
➡ Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate would meet the following criteria:
✅ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
✅ Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable, preferably within a law firm or legal practice.
✅ Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite (particularly Excel).
✅ Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and procedures.
✅ Familiarity with UAE accounting standards and practices is preferred.
✅ Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
