Gulf Group Holding, a well-known name in Ras Al Khaimah for the last 5 decades is a diversified business group. We do business in Hypermarket retail, Ready mix concrete, Healthcare, explosives, bakery, printing press, construction, MEP and real state.
We are looking to hire:
Group Company – Gulf Services; into business of Real Estate / Property selling and Renting. company.
Position – Leasing officer
Location – Ras Al Khaimah, UAE
Qualification – Any;
Nationality – Any
Gender – Any
Experience – 5+ years of experience in leasing / renting out properties commercial / private on freelance basis or in a good real estate company.
Other pre-requisites – Computer savvy, UAE driving licence, knowledge of property market in and around Ras Al Khaimah in real estate /property renting.
Role –
- Use various mediums to advertise the vacant properties, find tenants and achieve tenancy sales target.
- Provide excellent customer services to the clients / tenants with respect to documentation and property related maintenance.
- Conduct market survey on property rentals and rental trends.
- Submit periodic report to management.
Salary and Benefits – Salary commensurate to experience and potential are on offer. Range 4000-6000 Aed p.m. plus company visa, air passage, medical insurance, company mobile sim ( if eligible) , one month leave , gratuity etc.
