For freshers basic salary depend on the credential and communication skills of the candidate.

Responsibilities:

Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently.

Cold calling: Making outbound calls to potential clients using a provided list or database of leads.

Experienced in Selling OFFPLAN & dealing Secondary Real estate units.

Generate client leads to buy, sell, and rent a property.

Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties.

Show properties to potential buyers and renters.

Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.

Must possess good knowledge of RERA rules for leasing property in Dubai.

What we need:

A proven performance record in Real Estate Industry

Proactive Passionate about Real Estate, Honest, enthusiastic and trustworthy.

Friendly, pleasant personality, tidy appearance, well organized and detail-oriented, excellent communication skills.

Sufficient work knowledge in MS Office

UAE Driving license (Advantage)

Monthly Salary AED 3,000-AED 4,000 + Great commission structure to be discussed upon interview.
