URGENT REQUIREMENT
Health Advisor
Reports To HSES Manager

1. Level 2 / 3 Management IIRT reviews conducted within 30 days of incident's occurrence
2. Company major emergency exercises KPI attainment
3. HSES Training and Development Plan KPI attainment
4. HSES Work Activity Schedule KPI attainment
5. HSES Audit Plan KPI attainment
6. Company TRIR attainment
7. Health screening KPI attainment

Role Specific Competencies:
1. 2 years prior medical consulting experience in the GCC.
2. Licensed Medical Professional recognized by Medical Council of home country.
3. Licensed by applicable local regulatory Ministry of Health, UAE.
4. Understanding and application of health management systems and their implementation in respect to industrial
yard and project operations.
5. Ability to identify and implement HSES control processes to support the attainment of organisational HSES
objectives, KPIs and deliverables.
5. Implement best practice emergency medical triage and case management care.
6. Qualification from home country in line with MBBS (Medical Bachelor, Bachelor Surgery
