Position: Training Specialist
Work Location: Abu Dhabi
Entity: Government (Utility /Water)
Role Objective:
· Oversee the curriculum, pedagogy and content of the training in line with the requirements and supervise the Training Centre activities & delivery of the training to ensure that the training is in alignment with the objectives
· Manage an experienced team of trainers and training service providers to fulfil all training requests in a timely and high quality manner in alignment with all relevant policies & procedures
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
§ (e.g., Education, Engineering, Training & Development)
§ Proven experience as a Training Specialist or similar role
§ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
§ Professional Technical Training certification
§ Succession Planning and Leadership Development
§ Strong communication and presentation skills
§ Proficiency in training software, MS Office, and learning management systems
§ Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with stakeholders
§ knowledge & experience in the latest training tools & techniques used in L&D
