European company providing company formation and corporate services based in Downtown, looking for an Admin / Sales representative
=> Requirements / Duties:
. Handling inquiries for clients
. Following up with clients regarding invoices and approval
. Preparing and submitting invoices
. Company setup / renewal of documents
. Build company image
. Maintaining clients records
. Maintaining good relations with existing and potential clients
· Handles other responsibilities of admin as may assign
Knowledge of Apple Mac or Windows as well as:
MS Office programs (WORD / EXCEL / POWER POINT)

. Company setup knowledge (DMCC/ DIFC/ MAINLAND/ DED etc)
. Multitasking
