We are a Fit-out Company, based in JAFZA and currently looking for Fit-out Estimator.

Job requirements:

· The candidates should have minimum 3 years’ experience in estimation & costing with a Fit-out company in the UAE. You will be required to have a strong understanding of fit-out methodologies.
· Must have bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
· Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English.
· Study the scope of Civil and ID work, specification, Addenda, and all other related bid documents, notify discrepancies, and raise tender queries.
· Attend site meetings and carry out site inspections.
· Sending all enquiries to the suppliers & subcontractors to obtain the Quotations.
· Preparation of detailed BOQ for tender, answer tender’s queries. Analysis and review returns.
· Work closely with Commercial team to address any budget related challenges.
· Conducting detailed cost analysis, monitoring cost variations post job, budgeted vs actual, adjust price point accordingly.
· Work closely with Budget Analyst, Fabrication Estimator to standardize pricing overall, increase profitability.
· Effective interpersonal skills, ability to listen and communicate well to line management & subordinates.
· Being able to manage one or more teams on multiple projects.
