Managing and responding to sell now submissions and WhatsApp submissions
• Communicating with and answering inquires both online and in-store
• Researching and pricing items submitted in-store and Online
• Entering and maintaining accurate data on pricing sheets and systems
• Work closely with internal team and contacts to resolve issues
• Product knowledge and staying up to date on current trends
• Preparing, analyzing and sending weekly/monthly reports
Requirements:
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with all internal and external resources
• Proficient with MS Office suite of software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
• Proficient in verbal and written communication
• Strong desire to learn, along with professional drive
