Alpha Data is Hiring Analyst - Asset and Configuration Management

Location Dubai

Responsibilities
- Managing the entire lifecycle of Business Technology Assets to ensure quality control.
- Integrating Service Now and GRP inventory to enhance asset management dashboards.
- Conducting regular audits and verifications to maintain accurate records.
- Collaborating with teams for asset disposal and managing the process effectively.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Hardware and SW asset management.
- ITIL V4 and ISO2000 Service Operation Qualification required.
- ISO2000 and COBIT Qualification preferred.
- Aviation Industry experience is a plus.
