Outstanding negotiation skills as well as the capacity to settle the problems and grievances of clients.
Calm and capable of handling rejection.
Job Role:

Experience of at least a year in telesales in the service industry.
Provide information and product knowledge to the customer.
Close sales deals.
Maintain a record of calls and relevant details.
Update customer details on the database.
Contact potential and existing customers.
Build and maintain a rapport with the clients.
Prepare sales report.
