HR Business Partner - Abu Dhabi (AR/EN)

They are currently looking for an Arabic-speaking HR Business Partner for their client in Abu Dhabi.

The focus of the role is to develop and implement HR strategies and policies in all aspects of HR (Employee Relations, Organisational Development, Performance Management, and Total Rewards).

Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience in HR with at least 4 years of business partnering experience
- Fluency in both English and Arabic
- Experience working in marketing, PR or media agencies, publishing, media (online, broadcast, OOH, production etc.), entertainment, music or internet-based companies industries

Salary: 30-35k plus family benefits
