They are currently looking for an Operations and Strategy Director for one of their clients in Dubai.

Responsibilities:
- Operation and Strategy
- Financial Management
- Performance Monitoring
- Talent Management and Development
- Vendor, Logistics and Supplier Management
- Strategic Partnerships
- Technology Innovation
- External Relations

Requirements:
- Bachelors in Engineering (or equivalent)
- 3-5 years in a senior leadership role
- Team management experience
- Experience in immersive / experiential agency
- Excellent command of the English language - Arabic will be a plus but not essential

Salary: 35-40k AED plus standard benefits
