We Are Hiring A Female ‘receptionist/front Office Executive

We are hiring a Female ‘Receptionist/Front Office Executive for our office in Dubai, UAE (JLT Area).

This individual will report to the Head- HR & Administration and will be responsible for offering administrative support across the organization.

The following list shows some of the duties that will be expected, although it is not all inclusive:

· Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
· Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
· Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
· Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
· Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
· Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
· Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
· Order office supplies, pantry supplies and keep inventory of stock.
· Update calendars and schedule meetings.
· Point of contact for meeting requirements, ordering all needs for specific meeting.
· Main contact for all conference room bookings.
· Arrange travels and hotels.
· Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
· Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
· Other duties as assigned by the line manager.

Qualification Requirements:
· Fluent in English and Arabic language is a plus.
· Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field: additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
· Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
· Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers)
· Professional attitude and appearance
· Solid written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
· Excellent organizational skills.
· Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
· Team player that puts what is best for the company at the forefront of their actions.
· Adaptable to change in a fast-paced organization.
· Must be proficient with Microsoft office, word, excel and Power point. CRM experience preferred.


Package Details:

AED10,000 (including Housing & Transport) per month + Health Insurance + 26 vacation days per year.
