A well-known Recruitment firm in UAE is looking for a young and energetic Business Development Executive


Job Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition
Key Account Management
Prepare business proposals and conduct market research.
Payment Follow up


Job Requirements:
Must Have 2 - 4 years of business development experience in the U.A.E within the recruitment industry
Should be sales driven with ability to research and sign new clients on a consistent basis through various modes like phone calls, e-mails, and networking etc.
Proven experience in acquiring clients for recruitment agency services
Excellent communication skills
Good Interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of UAE Market
Must have worked on a target-based model with an excellent track record of achieving the monthly / quarterly & yearly targets.
