A university degree in Human Resources is a MUST and in-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
Work Experience – Minimum 10 years' experience
The HR candidate will be the POC for hiring, people relocation, performance management, contract termination, etc.
This person should be able to offer the team the full alignment on policies, procedures, audits etc.
Recruitment and onboarding process.
Government relations/PRO coordination/external recruitment agency coordination
HR budgeting, HR policies & procedures revamp/compliance, HRMS
Talent management, Succession planning, performance management, Manpower planning
HR operations such as business-as-usual process management - such as employee relations, disciplinary/grievances management, exit process etc
