* OpenText MBPM experience in support and development
* Experience with Metastorm BPM v9.x, including forms, scripting and
workflow design, with implementation and maintenance of workflow
systems.
* Experience in L1/L2 support for custom windows based solutions.
* Experience working with SOAP and REST based services.
* Strong SQL Experience in SQL Server 2012/2016/2019.
* Strong background in object oriented design and re-usable components
and frameworks in .NET.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* ITIL V4 foundation certification would be an added advantage.
* Good understanding or exposure to Audit, Disaster Recovery
Exercise, Windows OS patching and security vulnerabilities.
* Takes ownership of the release management process and deploy changes
into production following best practices.
* Keep the Application manual up-to-date with any changes in processes
or infrastructure.
* Manage all the environments and ensure they are up-to-date by
installing and upgrading required versions of application or software
and infrastructure.
* Good understanding of cloud infrastructure platform in Microsoft Azure
