Finesse Global hiring "Business Analyst"

Location: Abu Dhabi
Notice period: Immediate to 30 days only
Must have experience working on re-insurance projects.
8+ years of experience
Experience in UAE is preferred.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the insurance industry, specifically focusing on digital transformation.
Strong understanding of insurance processes, products, and regulationsin the Middle east.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and facilitate productive discussions.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Proficiency in using business analysis tools and techniques, such as process modelling, data analysis, and user story development.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

Key Performance Indicators
Preferred Qualifications:
Professional certifications in business analysis (e.g., CBAP) or agile methodologies (e.g., CSM, CSPO) are advantageous.
Experience working on large-scale digital transformation projects in the insurance sector.
