We're Hiring for the position of:
Medical Insurance Specialist/ Medical Coder Manager
Job description:
· Coding Medical records supplies correct ICD-9-CM /ICD-10-CM diagnosis codes on all diagnoses provided supplies correct CPT code on all procedures and services performed processing claims daily while maintaining 95% accuracy and achieving productivity goals
· Coordinating and collecting the appropriate documentation from the provider as per insurance need.
· Follow up with insurance company Daman regarding approvals, queries, rejections and payments.
· Contacting Daman whenever necessary according to management needs.
· Maintaining proper medical documentation as per HAAD and insurance norms.
· Maintaining accuracy and confidentiality of patient documentations
· Constantly and continuously update the insurance and HAAD information to all employees and doctors
· Attends seminars and in-services as required to remain current on coding issues
· Continuously evaluates the quality of clinical documentation to identify incomplete or inconsistent documents that will impact billing and payment from insurance company
Qualification:
· Must have relevant experience at least 1-2 years in a Homecare set-up
· Must be proficient in English communication
· Must be Certified Professional Coder – AAPC
SALARY PACKAGE: Will be discussed upon final interview along with details of other benefits.
Preferable: India or Filipino National with Homecare medical coder experience
Contract length: 24 months
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: AED6,000.00 – AED9,000.00 per month
