This is a new role for my client so this candidate will have 360 HR experience and implementing policies and procedures.

Requirements:
- 5+ years HR Manager experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource or relevant field
- Fluency in both English and/ or Arabic
- Property Development experience would be an advantage
- Experience working in the UAE is essential
