Job Title: Sales/Marketing Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales/Marketing Executive to join our training center. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a strong track record of driving business growth and reaching sales targets. As a Sales/Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for promoting our training programs, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the overall success of the training center.

Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to attract new clients to the training center.
-Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and industry associations.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their training needs and provide suitable solutions.
-Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our training programs.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials, including brochures, online content, and social media posts.
Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for business expansion and growth.
-Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis.
Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
-Keep up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software.
-Participate in regular sales meetings and provide feedback to improve sales strategies.

Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
-Proven 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within a training center or related industry.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients effectively.
-Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
