Job Position: Diamond Jewellery Sales Executive
Nationality: Preferably Indian Candidates (Female/Male)
Salary: 4500 AED per month (Plus Incentives)
Experience: 3 Years (Diamond retail sales)
Qualification: Any Graduate
Location: Karama / Al Qusais/ Bur Dubai

Role Overview: The Diamond Jewellery Sales executive is responsible for engaging with customers, showcasing diamond jewelry collections, and guiding them through the selection and purchase process. This role requires a deep understanding of diamonds, gemstones, and jewelry design, along with exceptional customer service skills to provide a personalized and memorable shopping experience.

Job Responsibilities & Skills –

· Mandatory deep knowledge of Diamond Jewellery.
· Greet and welcome customers, establishing a rapport and building strong customer relationships.
· Must have pleasing personality, energetic, customer focused, able to communicate clearly and proactive in handling all the work at the store.
· Candidate is responsible for B2C / B2B Jewellery sales in Dubai, handling accounts, whole sale diamond sales, interactions with purchase manager, deal negotiation, finalizing deal and conversion. Candidate from B2B background from other industry may also apply.
· Candidate must have good experience in Lab Diamond Industries and the retail industries of Middle East.
· Educate customers about diamonds, including the 4Cs (Cut, Color, Clarity, Carat), quality, and sourcing.
· Assist customers in selecting diamond jewelry pieces that suit their preferences, needs, and budget.
· Provide expert advice on jewelry design, trends, and styling options to enhance customer satisfaction.
· Present and explain the unique features of various diamond jewelry pieces highlighting their craftsmanship and value.
· Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and answer customer inquiries about materials, maintenance, and pricing.
· Handle jewelry pieces with care and ensure proper security measures are followed.
· Process transactions accurately, including payment, invoicing.
· Convincing power and sales techniques.
· Basic knowledge of computer and ERP system.
