DESCRIPTION : We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Health & Safety Manager to join our team in the construction field. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing health and safety programs to ensure the well-being of our employees and the compliance of our construction projects with all relevant safety regulations.

*Key Responsibilities:*

Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of construction sites and equipment to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Train and educate employees and contractors on safety protocols and procedures.

Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and report findings to management, recommending corrective actions.

Maintain records of safety incidents, training, and safety equipment inspections.

Collaborate with project managers and contractors to address safety concerns and provide guidance on safety measures.

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to health and safety.

Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory agencies as necessary.

Develop emergency response plans and ensure their effectiveness through drills and exercises.
