We are hiring Accounts Payable - Team Leader for one of the leading Barges and Vessels service providers in GCC.

Job Role: Accounts Payable Team Leader
Job Location: Abu Dhabi

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the daily operations and be the main contact person for the Accounts Payable Department
Manage the team to ensure that invoices are recorded timely and accurately
Coordinate with different departments to ensure that issues with the purchase orders, invoices and payments are resolved
Plan and allocate resources effectively
Providing analytical support on the accrual process and calculations
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable with at least two years of experience in managing a team
Bachelor’s (or Master’s) Degree related to Accounting, Business or Finance
Good communication and leadership skills and proactive in resolving issues
Ensure all monthly closing activities are performed correctly and according to agreed deadlines
Bi-lingual – English and Arabic
Experience in using SAGE X3 an advantage
