Call Center Team Lead Required - Dubai
Duties:
Be in charge of running and managing the call center department daily.
Schedule and organize shift patterns for other team members.
Prepare forecasts and budgets for the call center.
Requirements:
Should have experience in leading a big team or being in charge of the team.
With a previous strong background in sales (a must)/ call center.
QA Experience.
Salary: 15,000 AED per month.
