Looking for Book keeper/Accounting Clerk - Junior Accountant

MUST HAVE very recent experience in an F&B industry.

> Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
> Maintains general ledger accounts by reconciling accounts receivable detail and control accounts; adjusting entries for amortizations prepaids; analysing and reconciling accounts payable ledgers; preparing fixed asset depreciation and accruals.
> Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations with suppliers
> Prepare Bank reconciliations for each site/bank account.
> Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and Group accounting and financial guidelines
> Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned
> Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
> Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports for the management
> Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
> Corrects errors by posting adjusting journal entries.
> Assist with other accounting projects
> Maintains accounting controls by following policies and procedures; complying with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements
