Job Title: Computer IT Support Specialist - Arabic
Location: Abu Dhabi
Contract Duration: 1 Year - Extendable
Salary Range: 7000 AED
Computer IT Support Specialist
Computer support specialists investigate and resolve problems in computer functioning. They listen to customer
complaints, walk customers through possible solutions, and write technical reports based on their work. Computer
support specialists have different duties depending on whom they assist and what they fix or troubleshoot. Computer
user support specialists generally work with individuals while computer network support specialists mainly work with
other information technology professionals to provide technical help for a network.

Responsibility
• Troubleshoots, repairs and maintenance for computer equipment (e.g. microcomputers, disk
drives, and laser printers) tests personal computers and peripherals on a network to diagnose,
hardware versus software problems.
• Deliver proactive onsite support and knowledge transfer to the customers.
• Administrate Active directory users, Exchange users management, SCCM system (Servers and
users side), Citrix cloud computing and apps, Print management solution (Server and users
Side).
• Manage and Produce the university Hardware Standards Technical specifications, for Tendering
Purpose, preparing technical studies, technical reports for the purchased IT equipment’s.
• Supervise the photocopiers maintenance orders, prepare technical specifications, studies,
reports.
