Experience: Minimum 5 Years’ experience in UAE as a BPO Team lead/ Senior BPO Operations.

1. Team Leader: Over 5 years of experience in BPO operations, demonstrating strong leadership skills and the ability to drive team performance.
2. Performance Management: Track record of achieving and exceeding performance targets, with a focus on key performance indicators (KPIs).
3. Training and Development: Experience in developing training programs to enhance team members’ skills and keep them updated on industry best practices.
4. Client Relationship Management: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high satisfaction.
5. Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with relevant BPO technologies and tools to streamline operations.
6. Experienced team leader with a strong background in payment service providers seeking dynamic opportunities. Proven track record in leading successful teams, ensuring seamless transactions, and optimizing payment processes.
