Location: Sharjah
Salary: AED 5000-6000
Experience : Min 3 years UAE experience in same field
Candidates should be available inside UAE.

Job Responsibilities:
-Prepare lease agreement contract as per the approved Leasing Approval Form.
-Informing Finance Dept. about expected tenant’s payment transfer; confirm payment clearance of tenants upon handover of properties.
-Maintaining all lease file systems, both in paper format and electronically that may be easily accessed by the team.
-Maintains positive relationships with all tenants and meets their expectations in relation to the Landlord’s commitment towards their success.
