Contact Center knowledge to maintain the Technical infrastructure (Hands-on knowledge -Ameyo preferred), Quality Management (QM)
Work Force Management (WFM) modules
Good knowledge of PostgreSQL, PHP, Javascript
Good knowledge of Contact Center-CRM integration
Good knowledge of API services
Configuration, Management and troubleshooting of SIP Trunks
knowledge of Contact center Dialer troubleshooting (Predictive, Progressive, Preview and Manual)
Knowledge of Administrator, Supervisor and reporting management
2+ Year of experience in Contact Center / Telephony System
Good knowledge of PHP
Hands-on knowledge of Linux server (RedHat / CentOS)
Hands-on Knowledge of Asterisk call manager
Good to have: shall/bash scripting knowledge
