Position: Technical Support Engineer for Wireless Networks
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Nationality: Any
Gender: Male
Working Hours/Day: 8 hours per day/6 days a week

Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong understanding of wireless networking concepts, including Wi-Fi standards, frequency bands, modulation techniques, and security protocols.
- Proficiency in network troubleshooting tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach.
- Experience with network monitoring tools and diagnostic utilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Network+, CWNP) are a plus.
- Prior experience in technical support or network engineering is preferred.

Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar role and or IT support with networking hand on experience is required.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED 3,500 - 4,500 per month
Food, Accommodation, Transportation & Laundry Company Provided.

Language:

Hindi, Arabic will be an added advantage.
