Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through campaigns on various media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google Ad Words, etc.) with a focus on lead and sale conversions.
Coordinate with sales agents and sales manager to discuss lead generation opportunities.
Plan and execute all the digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Design, build and maintain the social media presence.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROAS and KPIs).
Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the user experience and the sales funnels.
Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
