Key Responsibilities:

Assisting customers in finding products, providing information, and answering questions about the merchandise.
Having a good understanding of the products or services offered by the store, including features, benefits, and pricing.

Processing sales transactions, which may involve using a cash register, point-of-sale system, or other electronic payment methods.
Addressing customer concerns or complaints and working to resolve issues in a positive manner.
Monitoring inventory levels, restocking shelves, and ensuring that the store has an adequate supply of products.
Keeping the sales area clean and organized to create a pleasant shopping environment.
Provide excellent customer service.
