Requirements:
1. Previous experience in call center or customer service roles in the UAE.
2. Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
3. Ability to handle a high volume of calls efficiently.
4. Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.
5. High school diploma or equivalent.
6. Proficiency in using call center software and MS Office.

Salary Range: 3000 AED.
