Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for a Senior Financial Accountant who will be responsible for leading a team of accountants in preparing financial statements and reports and also ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. The role involves working closely with other cross-functional teams alongside timely coordination and communications with clients on financial analysis for ensuring necessary TAT and accuracy in the financial reporting functions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, with a background in audit or public accounting preferred

Proficient in Excel and proven ability in working on accounting softwares

Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations, with the ability to apply them effectively

Proven ability to prepare and analyze financial statements and reports accurately and efficiently

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple deadlines
Experience with tax compliance and accounting in the UAE or Middle East is definitely a plus
