Social Media Manager :
will execute our clients social media functions in support of Signet social media marketing. This role will be responsible for managing the Social Media day to day and overseeing the operations of social listening, community management, social reporting/ insights and social channel tools/ management.
Responsibilities include developing social media processes and procedures; measuring and analyzing the effectiveness of social media campaigns and content; identifying best practices and emerging trends in social media and providing recommendations for further expansion or modifications in the social space; and collecting, aggregating and analyzing data and effectively communicating the risk, impact and opportunities of social media to members of senior management. Responsible for collaborating cross-functionally on the engagement activities in response to consumer, team member, public, media and other postings.
This role also entails developing measurement methods, best practices and recommendations to improve the consistency of social media measurement, and to help increase and accelerate a greater understanding of social media's value and benefits.
The ideal candidate should be Fluent in both Arabic / English language have minimum of 5 years experience in the same field, previously handled UAE Government firms social media is plus. will have advanced knowledge of social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, blogs, etc.) and effective social media operations, including: social listening, community management, reviews, social publishing, user generated content, and social media reporting and insights.
1. Manages Social team and operations day to day.
Develops, implements and maintains effective social media processes and procedures.

Monitors and enforces compliance with company Social Media policies and procedures.
2. Manages internal and external social media initiatives.
Manages social enterprise tool and dashboards (Sprinklr).
Manages and develops social COE team and foundational functions: listening, engagement and reporting.
Manages the development and roll out of new social media initiatives.
3. Develops social insights to help drive better understanding of customers, competitive landscape, trends and opportunities for Signet banners.
Analyzes information from multiple data sources to uncover insights, statistics and trends.
Analyzes and recommends approach/reaction to trends, outcomes and findings.
4. Collaborates across the organization to support social media marketing and advocacy.
Partners with VP of Media on execution of social strategy.
Supports banner social media marketing capabilities.
