Position: Customer Relations Officer
We are looking for a highly energetic, passionate Customer Relations professionals who are excited to join our Golden Dunes Administration Team. Applicants should currently be in UAE.
Responsibilities
· Maintain regular communication with clients.
· Communicate effectively in multiple languages, ensuring positive customer experience.
· Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
· Handle administrative tasks.
What are we looking for?
· Part/ fully qualified in a degree or equivalent professional qualification in Sales, Marketing or Business Management
· Fluent in English Language
· Fair knowledge/ Hands on experience in Microsoft Office Suite
· Possess good telephone manners and interpersonal skills
· Positive attitude and good communication skills
· The ability to work well on your own and also as part of a team
