URGENT REQUIRED FOR ACCOUNTANT.

LOCATION -: BARSHA HEIGHTS, DUBAI

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Review contracts and enter new project billing
• Billing preparation and expense back-ups
• Invoice preparation and distribution
• Assist with input consultant budgets / bills
• Weekly project budget reports
• Matters related to purchase department

General Accounting Tasks

• Account reconciliations
• Payroll related matters
• cash flow, miscellaneous reports, etc
• Manage project insurance certificate and related matters
• General accounting and administrative backup
• Banking related matters

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience in UAE
• Industry experience, ie: architecture, interior design or engineering firm
• Understands general accounting and billing cycles
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Mastery of Excel, Word ,Outlook and accounting software

Salary - AED 5,000 negotiable (depends on experience)

Duty hours - 10 hrs

Off Days - 2 days OFF every Saturday and Sunday

Free Visa -: 2 years, MEDICAL INSURANCE PROVIDED
