Roles & Responsibilities:
-Invoice Submission
-Coordinate with Customers
-Preparing delivery schedules
-Invoice generation
-Handle customer complaint report
-Customer Sample Request
-Customer Feedback
-Order Receiving
-Live Customer Handling
-Cash & Cheque Collection
-Online Payment receiving

Qualifications & Skills: –
-Minimum 02 years of Experience in Customer Service
-Min Education Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Accountings or Administration
-Having the full command on MS Office.
