We are Hiring "L1 Service Desk Engineer"
Location: Abu Dhabi
Contract: 3 Months and extendable to 1 Year
Salary: AED 4000
Key Accountabilities ▪ Respond to Service Desk calls and emails in line with SLA terms. ▪ Log and provide first-level online support for tickets using ITSM application. ▪ Escalate unresolved tickets to second-level support teams and monitor all open tickets. ▪ Close resolved tickets using ITSM application. ▪ Schedule preventive maintenance for the devices that are under vendor SLA.
Qualifications ▪ Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline ▪ Certification in Microsoft Specialist: Windows 10 ▪ Certification in #ITIL Foundation v3 ▪ A+, Network+
