Job Opportunity: IT Incharge

Responsibilities:
User administration in AD server (setup and maintaining account).
Manage the School Management System (registration application, attendance of students and staff and classroom applications).
Maintain application server, web server, email server - user creation, group creation, suspend the users.
Monitor performance of entire network and network communication.
Create and implement policies to use computer system, network, internet and intranet.
Create a backup and recovery policy (Active directory, user files, applications & CCTV).
Update system as soon as the new version of OS and application software is released.
Documentation for IT (Assets management, online payment etc.)
Assign work to IT support engineer as per the priority of tickets.
Monitor and maintain GPS and CCTV installed in school and school buses.
Purchase IT related equipment as per the requirements (Take quotations, prepare LPO, ensure the items received and installed properly)
Collect the website contents from various departments and upload to website.
Attend and solve the issues which is escalating from various departments.
Technical support for ministry portal data entry works (SIS portal, Ministry staff portal).
Monitor and ensure uninterrupted and reliable operation for systems (PCs).
Perform troubleshoot on computer communication systems to identify internetwork operation source.
Manage assembling and configuration of network components and related services.
Analyze requirement and determine current configuration requirement and prepare specification to facilitate hardware acquisitions.
Provide support to projectors, printers, network printers, scanners, software and provide adequate training to office staff to operate systems and printers.
Manage and ensure all computer systems and network components work systematically and efficiently.
Install specific interconnection cables and provide training to staff to use hardware properly.
Generate report cards and analysis of attainment and progress reports numerically and graphically.
Perform other related duties as required or assigned by the school management authorities.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field ( Attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs from U.A.E)
Proven experience working with schools in IT Management
Strong knowledge of network security, protocols & systems.
Proficiency in system administration, including Windows and Linux environments.
