We are looking for an Instrumentation Technician to be based at the JAFZA Chemical Manufacturing Factory.

The candidate should have at least 5 years’ experience in a petrochemical/chemical company with minimum qualification of Diploma in instrumentation.

Responsibilities:-

1. Configuration, and calibration of various Pneumatic and Electronic process control instruments such as the pressure, flow and level instruments (mainly Rosemount Instruments)
2. Servicing and calibration of various types of control valves.
3. Loop checking and maintenance on various Process control instruments.
4. Performing works involving DCS and PLC.
5. Know how to use the hart communicator, loop calibrators and other test instruments.
6. Understand about the hazardous area classification and Safe work permitting process.
7. Able to read and understand the wiring and other control logic diagrams.
8. Trouble shooting and working independently.
9. Supporting the maintenance team and work as a team
10. Advantage on electrical knowledge on low voltage MCC.
11. Knowledge on computer skills.
