Job Title - Housekeeping Team Leader
Job location – Dubai

Urgently, they are hiring experienced Housekeeping Team Leader with UAE driving license to be placed in Dubai/Abu Dhabi for one of their Cleaning Services Company.


Responsibilities:
· Supervise and lead the housekeeping team, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
· Schedule and assign daily tasks to housekeeping staff, taking into consideration workload and priorities.
· Train new team members on company policies, procedures, and cleaning protocols.
· Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to company standards.
· Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and coordinate with the procurement team for replenishment.
· Address and resolve any issues or complaints related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally.

Requirements:
· Proven experience in housekeeping services, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· UAE Driving License is a must.



Preferably on Visit or Cancelled visa or who can join immediately or on short notice.

Salary - Aed 3K

UAE D/L is a must..
